The Collaborative Law process can often include discussions relating to the value of assets such as a business or pension scheme. To ensure that we give you the best possible advice in relation to any settlement involving these assets, it is critical that we work closely with finance and pensions experts
The advisers listed below are specifically accredited by Resolution to become involved in Collaborative Law cases. The accreditation process involved a demanding period of study and examination, and was only offered to experienced advisers already holding the prestigious G60 pensions qualification.

Carl is the founder and Managing Director of Almary Green Investments. He started the company in July 2001, after 13 years as a senior consultant with Equitable Life. His expertise covers all areas of investments, pensions and protection for both individuals and businesses. He has a particular interest in self-invested pensions, and the flexibility they can offer. He holds both the G60 qualification and the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate.

Roy is a senior consultant with Almary Green and has been in the Financial Services industry since 1991. He has been an independent adviser for around 7 years providing advice on a wide range of issues to businesses and individuals, and is a pension transfer specialist. Roy was one of the very first advisers in the UK to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status; this prestigious award is the highest attainable within the financial services industry. Roy obtained Resolution accreditation from the Law Society in October 2007 having previously been a pensions and divorce specialist at a national firm of Financial Accountants.

John started in the Financial Services industry in 1978, spending 20 years with Clerical Medical. He joined Smith & Pinching in 1998 and has been a Director of the company for the past seven years. He heads up the Financial Services department of the business, which comprises 30 staff. He specialises in corporate pensions, Self-Invested Personal Pensions and retirement planning. He holds the Advanced Financial Planning Certificate, including the G60 qualification in pensions.
