Associated Professionals' Panel
Divorce and separation can involve discussions about many issues – both financial and personal. These might include the unravelling of business partnerships and the valuation of property assets as well as concerns about family issues – particularly where children are involved.
Resolution of these issues sometimes requires the assistance of other professionals and the Norfolk Collaborative Family Law Group has established a panel of Associated Professionals who would be used, wherever possible, when needed.
The Professionals you will find when you click on the links below have been given an introduction to collaborative law; they recognise its unique qualities and understand the pressures and needs of the process. They are committed to the ethos of collaborative law and we believe that they can contribute to the needs of individuals involved in the collaborative process.
